Shipping is free on all Mendrix products. You can browse and order tools, hardware and home improvement essentials without an additional standard shipping charge. Any other applicable checkout charges are shown before you pay.
How long does delivery usually take?
Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 calendar days. Calendar days include weekends. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, holidays, weather or unforeseen delays.
Where does Mendrix deliver?
Mendrix is designed for U.S. customers. Whether a specific address or item is eligible for delivery is confirmed by the shipping options available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page to look up available shipment updates. Your tracking information may take some time to appear after an order is prepared or shipped.
Why hasn't my tracking status updated?
Carrier updates can take time, particularly between scans or after the first shipping label is created. If your shipment seems significantly delayed, contact our support team with your order number so the issue can be reviewed.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact support as soon as you notice an error. We'll review whether a change is possible, but updates cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.
What if my order arrives in separate packages?
Orders containing several tools or supplies may arrive in more than one parcel. Where applicable, available tracking details can help you follow each shipment.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please report the issue promptly and keep your order number handy. Photos of the product and packaging may help support your inquiry. We'll review available remedies under our Refund Policy and applicable customer rights.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Mendrix offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Review the instructions before sending an item back.
